Customizable Wrap Cycles: Easily set the number of top and bottom wrap layers, as well as the total number of cycles.
Over-Wrap Function: An adjustable "over-wrap" timer ensures the top of the load is perfectly secured.
Automatic Turntable Reset: The turntable automatically returns to its home position after each cycle, ready for fast loading and unloading.

Powered Pre-Stretch up to 250%: The powered pre-stretch carriage stretches the film before it's applied to the load. This maximizes film yield, significantly reducing your consumable costs and creating a stronger, more secure wrap with less material.
Adjustable Speeds: Independently control the film carriage's ascent and descent speed, as well as the film dispensing speed, to match any load requirement.
Effortless Film Loading: The user-friendly "follow-up" mechanism allows for quick and simple film roll changes.

Dual Chain Lift System: The film carriage is lifted and lowered by a robust dual-chain drive, ensuring smooth, stable, and reliable operation without wobble.
Variable Speed Turntable: The turntable speed is fully adjustable from 0 to 12 RPM via a frequency inverter, allowing for a gentle start and stop to protect unstable loads.
High Load Capacity: The massive 1650mm diameter turntable is built to handle pallets up to 1200 x 1200 mm and weighing up to 2000 kg.
