A Yes. Before production, we will confirm with you the local power supply voltage, and we will match the electrical components according to your local standards. If the match is not suitable, it will be achieved by adding transformers.

Q What should I do if there is a quality issue with the equipment?
A We strictly manage the quality of equipment in accordance with the ISO quality management system to ensure that each equipment is fully tested before leaving the factory. However, if there is a quality problem, we will respond quickly within 12 hours and provide a solution. The general measure is to send replacement parts directly by international express (arrival in 3~4 days), or directly send engineers to the site to solve it.
