1. Single-Wall Storage Tank (Standard Duty)Ideal for conventional, ambient temperature storage in a controlled indoor environment. This configuration offers a cost-effective and reliable solution.
Best for: Storing finished spirits, holding tanks, and general-purpose alcohol storage without specific temperature or mixing needs.
Standard Fittings: Equipped with a breather valve (to balance internal pressure and reduce evaporation), a manhole (for easy cleaning and maintenance), and a level gauge (for real-time inventory monitoring).
2. Storage Tank with Integrated Agitator (Mixing Applications)Designed for processes that require blending, dilution, or maintaining a homogeneous mixture.
Best for: Blending different spirits, proofing, or mixing alcohol with other solvents.
Agitator Options:
Paddle Agitator: Perfect for low-viscosity liquids, ensuring high uniformity of the mixture.
Anchor Agitator: Operates close to the tank wall, minimizing residue and ideal for slightly more viscous applications.
Explosion-Proof System: The entire mixing system, including the motor (power matched to tank volume) and controls, is explosion-proof certified (compliant with GB 3836) to prevent ignition from electrical sparks. Speed is customizable (50-300 r/min).
3. Jacketed Storage Tank (Temperature Control)Crucial for applications where temperature control is necessary to prevent evaporation or manage reaction heat.
Best for: Long-term storage in environments with fluctuating temperatures, or for processes that require cooling.
Cooling System: A jacket is built around the tank, creating a sealed chamber. Chilled water or glycol can be circulated through this jacket to maintain a precise internal temperature (typically controlled between 5-25°C).
Efficiency: An external insulation layer (e.g., rock wool, polyurethane) is applied to the jacket to minimize energy loss and prevent condensation.
Explosion-Proof is a Non-Negotiable Standard:
All tanks and their accessories (motors, gauges, valves) are designed to meet national explosion-proof standards (e.g., Ex d IIB T4 Ga).
The tank area must be located away from all sources of ignition and static electricity.
All tanks are equipped with a dedicated electrostatic grounding point to ensure a grounding resistance of ≤10Ω.
