Thorough Cleaning: Each rinsing nozzle features a unique plum-blossom-shaped design that sprays water across the entire interior surface, reaching every corner of the bottle wall and bottom for a superior, hygienic clean.
Advanced Filling Valve: The system uses a high-precision mechanical filling valve for fast, stable, and accurate filling. Liquid level and back-pressure are dynamically managed by a variable signal proportional control system.
Gentle Bottle Lifting: A spring-type mechanical lifting mechanism gently raises bottles to the filling heads. A guide-rod system ensures perfect centering and alignment under the valve.
Pre-Evacuation Function: The filler is equipped with a single vacuum function to remove air from the bottle before filling, significantly reducing oxygen pickup from the start.
Sanitary Capping: Features a durable stainless steel capping plunger and a mechanical-stirring magnetic cap sorter to ensure hygienic and reliable cap application.
Magnetic Transfer System: The cap hopper, cap delivery, and capping head all utilize magnetic transfer for dependable, non-contact operation.
Reduced Breakage: An automatic unloading function is integrated into the capping process to relieve stress and significantly reduce the rate of bottle breakage.

Comprehensive Automation & Safety: The entire line is governed by an advanced HMI (Human-Machine Interface) with PLC control and variable frequency stepless speed adjustment. Key safety protections are built-in, including:
No Bottle, No Fill: Valves will not open if a bottle is not present.
No Bottle, No Cap: Capper will not engage without a bottle.
Missing Cap Shutdown: The machine will halt if it detects a missing cap.
Automated Fault Handling: The filler includes intelligent features such as automatic valve shut-off for broken bottles, a rinsing cycle for bottle breakages, and an automatic de-foaming device on the exhaust pipe.
Complete CIP Functionality: The system is equipped with a comprehensive Clean-In-Place (CIP) function, allowing for automated rinsing of all filling pipes with acid, alkaline solutions, and hot water.
Sanitary Construction: All components in contact with the product—including valves, tanks, and pipes—are made from high-quality SS304 stainless steel. The internal and external walls are mirror-polished to ensure there are no sanitary dead corners.
Simplified Maintenance: The entire machine utilizes a manual dry oil lubrication system, making routine maintenance and servicing convenient and straightforward.
