Stackable tank
Cassman
Grow Your Production Upwards, Not Outwards.
Is your brewery's growth limited by your floor space? It's time to look up. Our Stackable Fermenters are intelligently designed to harness your building's vertical space, a resource that often goes unused. This system allows you to place two fully functional fermentation or conditioning tanks in the same footprint that a single tank would occupy.
Cassman has engineered these tanks not just for efficient stacking but also for uncompromising functionality and accessibility. Each tank in the stack operates as an independent vessel, giving you the flexibility to ferment different beers or run different schedules simultaneously.
We understand that ease of use is critical. That’s why our stacked tanks feature custom-designed extended CIP arms, racking arms, and conveniently located side manways. This ensures that your team can easily access, operate, and clean both the upper and lower tanks without requiring special equipment or compromising on safety or sanitation protocols.
Configuration: Two identical tanks securely stacked in a custom-engineered, heavy-duty stainless steel frame.
Access: Side-opening manways on both tanks for easy ingredient additions and cleaning.
Extended Fittings: Thoughtfully designed extended CIP arms, blow-off arms, and racking arms ensure all ports on both tanks are easily accessible from the ground.
Independent Operation: Each tank is a fully-featured fermenter with its own cooling jacket, temperature control, and set of fittings.
Material: High-quality, hygienic SUS 304 Stainless Steel.
Welding: 100% TIG welded with an argon shield for sanitary, high-strength joints.
