Cassman
Master Your Fermentation from Start to Finish
The most critical stage of brewing deserves the most reliable equipment. Cassman fermenters are designed to give the brewer precise control over temperature and pressure, accommodating any beer style you wish to create. The key advantage of our cylindroconical design is its universal functionality.
During primary fermentation, the conical bottom allows yeast to flocculate and settle, where it can be easily harvested or removed, separating the clean beer from the sediment. Without transferring the beer, you can then proceed to secondary fermentation in the same vessel by adjusting the temperature and pressure. This dual-purpose capability streamlines your workflow, saves space, and minimizes the risk of oxidation, ensuring a higher quality final product.
Certified Quality: Designed and manufactured according to CE-PED standards.
Robust Materials: All components are made from high-grade SUS304 Stainless Steel.
Heavy-Duty Construction: Features an extra-thick 6mm inner shell and a 2mm outer shell for superior durability and thermal stability.
High-Efficiency Cooling: Features a 15psi design pressure inner cooling jacket with pillow plate technology on both the shell body and cone for precise, zoned temperature control.
Superior Insulation: A thick 100mm layer of thermal polyurethane insulation on the shell and cone minimizes thermal loss and ensures stable fermentation temperatures.
Optimized for Fermentation: A generous 25% headspace is included to safely manage the fermentation process.
Sanitary by Design: The tank's inner surface is polished to a sanitary finish of 0.4-0.6µm. A rotary spray ball is included for effective CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning, supported by a dedicated 1.5" Blow-Off Arm.
User-Friendly Features: Includes an easy-to-use Racking Arm for rotating and transferring clear beer, a top-mounted Dry Hop Port, a combined Vacuum/Pressure Relief Valve, and external hooks for ladders.
Tailored to Your Brewery: Choose your exterior finish (2B Mill or #4 brushed stainless), manway location (Top Mounted or Front Shadowless), and request customizations for any other ports, fittings, or features to perfectly match your operational needs.
