Intelligent Electric Heating: We understand the power demands of a 1000L system. The Kettle and Hot Liquor Tank feature multiple groups of heating elements. This allows for separate, staged control, enabling you to manage your total power load effectively while ensuring vigorous and efficient heating.
Advanced Mash Control with HERMS Option: Elevate your brewing precision. We can integrate a dedicated stainless steel coil into the hot liquor pipeline, creating a Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System (HERMS). This gives you gentle, precise, and consistent control over your mash temperature profile.
Professional 3-Vessel Configuration: This is a no-compromise system designed for serious production. The standard layout includes:
Mash/Lauter Tun: Insulated, with a VFD-controlled motor, rake system, precision-milled false bottom, and sight glass.
Kettle/Whirlpool Tun: Insulated, with a tangential inlet for an effective whirlpool and a vorlauf port.
2000L Hot Liquor Tank (HLT): Insulated, with ample capacity to support back-to-back brewing.
Complete Turnkey System: Your brewhouse arrives with everything you need to start brewing. This includes a full work platform with stairs and railings, VFD-driven sanitary pumps, a high-efficiency heat exchanger, a wort oxygenation assembly, and all necessary pipelines and butterfly valves.
Centralized PLC/PID Control: The brain of your brewery. The control panel provides centralized command over pumps, motors, and temperatures, ensuring your brew day is repeatable, efficient, and easy to manage.
