Superior Construction & Materials:
The main body is constructed with a fully welded 304 stainless steel structure.
Features a robust 3mm thick inner shell and a durable 2mm thick outer shell.
The interior is polished to a sanitary finish of 0.2-0.4μm, leaving no dead corners for contaminants to hide.
High-Efficiency Thermal Design:
Insulated with high-density polyurethane to guarantee a constant tank temperature, preserving carbonation and preventing flavor degradation.
Precise Temperature & Quality Control:
Purpose-built to filter residual yeast and impurities from the fermented beer, storing the "brite" beer until it's ready for packaging.
An integrated cooling jacket works in synergy with the insulation to maintain a stable, cool environment, protecting the beer from oxidation.
Customizable & Easy to Maintain:
Tank dimensions and specifications are fully customizable to meet your specific production needs and space constraints.
Designed for easy cleaning via manual methods or a full CIP (Clean-In-Place) system. Horizontal tank orientations are available for spaces with height limitations and for easier maintenance.
