Our Beer Filling and Capping Monoblock is a versatile and efficient solution designed to streamline your packaging process. It combines robust construction with precision control to deliver perfectly filled and capped bottles every time.
Fully Automatic PLC Control: The entire process is managed by a reliable PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). All operating parameters, such as pressurization times and fill levels, can be easily adjusted via a user-friendly interface for consistent, repeatable results.
Integrated Filling & Capping: This AIO monoblock design combines the filling and capping stations into a single, compact frame. This saves valuable floor space and ensures a seamless transfer between processes.
Advanced Oxygen Control: The machine performs a CO2 pressure purge of the bottle before filling to evacuate oxygen. An optional vacuum function can be added for double pre-evacuation, achieving extremely low dissolved oxygen (DO) levels.
Isobaric Filling Technology: It utilizes a true isobaric (counter-pressure) filling method, which is essential for carbonated beverages. By equalizing the pressure between the tank and the bottle, it ensures a calm, foam-free fill with minimal beer loss and no loss of carbonation.
Stable & Consistent Filling: A built-in pressure compensator works in real-time to guarantee a stable and consistent filling process, ensuring uniform fill heights across every bottle.
Versatile Bottle Handling: The machine is designed to handle both glass bottles and stainless steel bottles, providing flexibility for your packaging needs.
The machine follows a precise, multi-stage sequence to protect your product quality:
Bottle Fixing: The bottle is lifted and securely sealed against the filling head by a pneumatic cylinder.
CO2 Purge: The machine flushes the bottle with CO2 to remove oxygen.
Isobaric Pressurization: The bottle is pressurized with CO2 to match the pressure in the beer tank.
Filling: The beer valve opens, and the beer flows gently into the bottle under equal pressure.
Pressure Stabilization: The fill completes, and the pressure is allowed to stabilize briefly.
Pressure Release: The pressure is slowly vented in a controlled manner to prevent gushing.
Bottle Transfer: The cylinder lowers the bottle, and it is automatically transferred to the capping station.
Capping: A crown cap is immediately applied and sealed.
Discharge: The perfectly filled and capped bottle is ready for removal.
