Employs high-strength, spring-loaded stainless steel bottle clamps to ensure a stable and secure inversion of glass bottles.
Features a multi-jet, "plum blossom" style spray nozzle designed to reach all corners of the internal bottle wall and bottom, guaranteeing a comprehensive and sanitary rinse.
Utilizes a spring-type mechanical lifting mechanism to gently raise the glass bottles for filling. The system incorporates a guide-rod structure for precise centering and a pre-cover function to prepare the bottle for filling.
Equipped with high-precision mechanical filling valves. The liquid level and back pressure within the filling bowl are controlled via a variable signal proportional control system, ensuring fast, stable, and accurate filling.
Includes a single pre-evacuation function to remove oxygen from the bottle before filling, preserving product freshness.
Features stainless steel capping plungers and a mechanical-stirring magnetic cap sorter to ensure hygienic and reliable cap handling.
The cap hopper, cap delivery, and capping application all utilize magnetic transmission for dependable operation. An automatic overload-unloading function is integrated to significantly reduce the rate of bottle breakage.
A hot water jetting (fobbing) device is installed to displace air in the bottle's headspace before capping, ensuring the final dissolved oxygen (DO) content is below 0.15mg/L.
The filler is equipped with safety features including automatic valve closure upon bottle breakage, a broken bottle rinsing system, and an automatic de-foaming device on the exhaust pipe.
Features a comprehensive Clean-In-Place (CIP) function, allowing for thorough washing of all filling pipelines with acid, alkaline solutions, and hot water.
All valves, tanks, and pipes in contact with the product are constructed from 304 Stainless Steel. The internal and external surfaces are mirror-polished to eliminate sanitary dead corners.
A manual dry oil lubrication system is implemented for convenient equipment maintenance and servicing.
The entire machine is controlled via an advanced Human-Machine Interface (HMI) with PLC control and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for stepless speed adjustment. Includes integrated safety protections such as "No Bottle, No Valve Opening," "No Can, No Capping," and "Missing Cap Shutdown."
