By using a continuous, multi-stage spray process, our tunnel pasteurizer gently raises the product to the precise pasteurization temperature and then carefully cools it back down. This method avoids thermal shock, safeguarding the delicate flavor profile of your craft.
High-Capacity Throughput: Processes 2,000 to 3,000 bottles/cans per hour (330ml), seamlessly integrating with high-speed filling and packaging lines.
Gentle 8-Zone Pasteurization Process: Features eight distinct temperature zones for gradual heating, precise pasteurization, and gentle cooling. This sophisticated control (±1°C accuracy) prevents flavor loss and ensures uniform treatment for every container.
Energy & Water Efficient Design: The multi-stage design intelligently recycles thermal energy. Water from the cooling sections is used to pre-heat the incoming bottles, significantly reducing steam and water consumption.
Fully Automatic Operation: With automatic bottle infeed and outfeed, variable speed control (110-553 mm/min), and an integrated control system, the machine operates continuously with minimal supervision.
Durable, Food-Grade Construction: The entire body is constructed from 2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel. The conveyor features a wear-resistant, high-temperature polypropylene (CPP) chain belt that is food-safe and prevents damage to containers.
Modular Design for Transport & Installation: The main tunnel body is designed in sections for convenient shipping and easier on-site assembly.
Your product travels through a precisely controlled environment to ensure perfect results:
Zone 1-3 (Pre-Heating): Bottles are gradually warmed by recycled hot water, moving from ~21°C to ~52°C.
Zone 4-5 (Pasteurization): The product is held at the critical pasteurization temperature (63-65°C, adjustable) for the required duration (18 minutes, adjustable) to eliminate microbes.
Zone 6-8 (Cooling): The product is gently cooled back down to a safe outlet temperature of 25-30°C, ready for labeling and packing.
