Wine Package Line
Cassman
1. Core Concept & Target Applications
The Cassman compact wine packaging line is engineered to simulate a full-scale industrial bottling process, but with a simplified footprint and operation. Its primary function is to solve the core challenges faced in small-batch production: the inefficiency, poor accuracy, and risk of contamination associated with manual bottling.
This solution is ideally suited for:
Small to Medium-Sized Wineries: Operations with an annual production volume under 100 tons that require the flexibility to bottle small batches of different varietals (e.g., Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay).
Craft & Boutique Wine Brands: Producers focused on niche, customized, or high-value products with typical single-batch volumes ranging from 5 to 50 tons, who need the agility to switch between different packaging formats.
Our wine packaging lines are built to industry-leading standards to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Production Capacity:
Standard small-scale lines offer a typical capacity of 500 to 3,000 bottles per hour (BPH), based on a standard 750ml wine bottle. The specific model can be selected to match your exact production requirements.
Filling Accuracy:
Our systems adhere to a strict industry standard filling tolerance of ±1%. For a standard 750ml bottle, this guarantees a volume variance of no more than ±7.5ml.
Note: Negative pressure (vacuum) filling machines, available in our portfolio, typically offer superior accuracy compared to standard gravity/isobaric models.
Bottle Type Adaptability:
The equipment is designed to be highly versatile, accommodating all common bottle formats out of the box. This includes:
375ml (Half Bottle)
750ml (Standard)
1.5L (Magnum)
Furthermore, the line can be configured to handle irregularly shaped or custom bottles through the use of interchangeable changeover parts.
Material Safety & Construction:
The integrity of your wine is our highest priority. All components that come into direct contact with the product—including filling heads, piping, and the buffer tank—are constructed exclusively from 304 Stainless Steel or food-grade silicone.
This construction prevents the leaching of metallic ions, which could otherwise negatively impact the wine's flavor profile, stability, and overall quality.
