My name is Henry Chen. For the last 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of waking up every day to do something I love: helping people turn their beverage business dreams into reality. For a 3,000–50,000-ton annual production brewery, it’s about arranging mash tuns, fermentation tanks, and packaging lines so wort (or wine, or distillate) flows smoothly—no wasted steps, no cramped corners.

  • Utility Calculations: We’ll size your steam, water, and power systems to match your equipment. Want to use electric heating for your brew kettle, or steam? Need a glycol chiller for fermentation tanks? We’ll make sure your utilities can handle the load—no last-minute surprises when you flip the switch.

Once we’ve nailed down the plan, our team at the CASSMAN factory gets to work. Our facility in Qihe County, Dezhou, spans nearly 10,000 square meters—and it’s where 80+ skilled production staff, 10+ senior engineers, and I pour our expertise into every piece of equipment.


This isn’t just “assembling parts.” It’s building the engine of your business—the machinery that will run day in, day out, batch after batch. That’s why we never cut corners:


  • We use food-grade 304 (or 316, for specialized needs) stainless steel for every tank, pipe, and component—from 50L home distillation stills to 300,000L industrial fermentation tanks. It’s durable, easy to clean, and meets global standards (we’re CE-PED, ISO, and TUV Rheinland certified, after all).

  • Our team uses advanced tools: automatic laser cutters for precision, laser welding machines for seamless joins (no bacteria traps here!), and flaw detection labs to inspect every weld. I personally check in on production regularly—because I want to know the equipment leaving our factory is something I’d be proud to use in my own brewery.

  • We tailor every system to your needs. For a microbrewery making 2,000–10,000L per day, that might mean a Siemens PLC-controlled brewhouse with a steam recovery system to cut energy costs. For a rum distillery, it’s a complete line: from sugarcane juicers to fermentation tanks to copper stills. For a winery, it’s custom wine tanks with polyurethane insulation to keep temperatures steady.

  • Logistics & Installation: We handle the hassle of international shipping—whether your brewery is in Portugal, your winery in Australia, or your distillery in Canada (we’ve shipped to 65+ countries, so we know the ropes). When the equipment arrives, our 15 experienced after-sales engineers can come to your site to oversee installation. For smaller setups (like a single fermentation tank), we’ll send detailed drawings and guides so you can install it yourself—no guesswork.

  • Commissioning: We’re right there with you when you fire up the system for the first time. We’ll fine-tune the mash temperature, test the CIP (clean-in-place) system, and make sure your distillation still hits the perfect alcohol content. We don’t leave until everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

  • Training: You wouldn’t buy a new car without learning how to drive it—and we don’t expect you to run complex brewing or distilling equipment without training. We’ll walk your team through every step: how to operate the PLC controls, how to maintain the heat exchanger, how to clean the fermentation tanks properly. We even provide a maintenance guide to keep things running smoothly long-term.

  • Warranty & Support: We stand behind our work. Our main tanks come with a 3–5 year warranty, electrical components with 1 year, and we offer lifetime after-sales service. For wineries, that means grape processing lines (with presses and sorting tables), temperature-controlled fermentation tanks, and stainless steel storage vessels. We even supply supporting equipment: CO₂ recovery systems for breweries, yeast cultivation tanks for wineries, and bottling lines for all three.
