Configuration: A smart 3-Vessel System featuring a combined Mash/Lauter Tun, a combined Kettle/Whirlpool Tun, and a dedicated Hot Liquor Tank (HLT). This setup allows for overlapping processes, significantly shortening the brew day.
Semi-Automated Control: The brewhouse was equipped with an integrated control panel with PID controllers, allowing for precise temperature management for step-mashing and boiling. Key pumps and valves were centrally controlled, offering the perfect balance between manual brewing artistry and automated precision.
