At Jinan Cassman Machinery, our commitment to our clients does not end when the container leaves the Qingdao port. True partnership means ensuring that the steel vessels we manufacture turn into a functioning brewery that produces great beer.

I am proud to announce another milestone in our global journey. On January 25, 2026, our dedicated engineering team successfully completed the installation, commissioning, and trial production of a complete 1500L (15HL) Turnkey Beer Brewing System for a new client in Georgia.

The Project: A Craft Beer Gem in the Caucasus

Georgia is world-renowned for its ancient winemaking history, but the craft beer scene there is rapidly gaining momentum. Our client envisioned a modern microbrewery capable of producing a variety of styles, from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs.

To meet their goals, we designed and manufactured a comprehensive 1500L solution:

  • Brewhouse: A flexible 3-vessel configuration (Mash/Lauter Tun, Kettle/Whirlpool, and Hot Liquor Tank) designed for high efficiency and clarity.

  • Fermentation: A set of 1500L and 3000L Unitanks to allow for batch flexibility.

  • Support Systems: Complete glycol cooling system, CIP (Clean-in-Place) station, and a semi-automated control panel.

Boots on the Ground: Cassman Engineering Service

For a system of this complexity, precision is key. Understanding the importance of this launch, we dispatched our senior installation engineers to the client's site in Georgia immediately after the equipment arrived.

Over the past two weeks, our team worked side-by-side with the client to:

  1. Position & Assemble: Carefully unloading and positioning the tanks in the designated workshop area.

  2. Pipeline Welding: Executing sanitary stainless steel pipeline welding for the brewhouse and glycol lines.

  3. Electrical Commissioning: Wiring the control cabinet and testing all pumps, motors, and sensors.

The Moment of Truth: Trial Production

Yesterday, January 25th, marked the final acceptance day. But we didn't just sign papers; we brewed.

Our engineers guided the client's brewmaster through the first "Water Brew" (system testing) and then the first actual batch of wort production. The system performed flawlessly—heating rates met our targets, the lauter efficiency was high, and the cooling system brought the wort down to pitching temperature rapidly.

Client Satisfaction

Seeing the smiles on our clients' faces in the photo sent back by my team is the best validation of our work. The client expressed their appreciation for our engineers' professionalism, noting that "Cassman didn't just sell us machines; they taught us how to use them."

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions regarding our turnkey installation services.

Does Cassman always send engineers for installation?

For complete turnkey systems (usually 1000L and above), we highly recommend our on-site installation service. We can send 1-2 engineers to your facility to handle welding, piping, and commissioning. For smaller systems, we provide comprehensive 3D drawings and video call support.

How long does it take to install a 1500L brewery?

Typically, on-site installation for a 1500L system takes about 15 to 20 days. This includes mechanical assembly, pipeline connection, electrical wiring, and system debugging.

What happens if there is a technical issue after the engineers leave?

We provide lifetime technical support. Our after-sales team is available 24/7. Additionally, all our control systems are equipped with remote troubleshooting modules (optional), allowing us to diagnose software issues from our HQ in China.
