Grain Handling: 800-1200 kg/hr Rolling Miller, flexible auger, and 3500L grain silo.
4-Vessel Brewhouse: 5000L Mash Tun, 5000L Lauter Tun, 5000L Kettle, and 5000L Whirlpool, supported by a 10,000L Hot Liquor Tank (HLT).
Cellar Tanks: A flexible range of 5000L, 10,000L, or 20,000L Fermenters and Bright Beer Tanks to match your production cycle.
Utilities & Support: A powerful 2x25HP Glycol Chilling Unit, a two-stage Heat Exchanger, and a complete 500L dual-tank CIP System.

Mash Tun: Features multi-zone steam jackets on the bottom and side for even, responsive heating without scorching. The integrated grist hydrator ensures a homogenous, lump-free mash for optimal enzyme activity.
Lauter Tun: Engineered for maximum yield. The high-precision, laser-cut V-wire false bottom provides exceptional wort clarity. The motorized rake with VFD control allows for precise bed cutting, while the multi-port wort collection ring and sparging spray ring ensure high lautering efficiency.
Kettle & Whirlpool: A powerful steam-jacketed kettle achieves a vigorous, rolling boil quickly and efficiently. The dedicated whirlpool tun with a tangential inlet is optimized for perfect hot trub cone formation, resulting in clearer wort transfer to the fermenter.

Powerful Glycol Chilling: The dual 25HP chiller unit and oversized glycol/cold water tanks provide robust and stable cooling capacity, ensuring precise fermentation temperature control—even during peak cellar activity.
Integrated CIP System: The 500L dual-tank CIP (Clean-In-Place) unit with an internal heating element allows for fast, effective, and safe cleaning cycles, minimizing downtime between batches.
